Each program is co-facilitated by two trained professionals: Dr. Michela Nelson (ND) for naturopathic expertise, and Penny Solinger (RSW) from Emmaus Psychology for specialized mental health support. Their combined experience means you get well-rounded guidance—something you won’t find in many other programs.

Dr. Michela Nelson is a naturopathic doctor based in Calgary devoted to supporting women through the postpartum period. Drawing from her fellowship in Perinatal Health and her own experiences as a mother of two, Dr. Michela merges compassion and evidence-based practices to help new moms thrive.
